Synopsis：
Everyone is preparing for Jun-Jie Wang and En-Zhen Li’s wedding at a beautiful restaurant by the sea. This is a marriage based on money, and although Jun-Jie thinks it’s a horrible to use money to marry En-Zhen, he thinks maybe they could develop feelings for each other during their marriage.
In her wedding gown, En-Zhen hears a sudden ruckus outside. Two men are quarreling down on the beach but their conversation can be clearly heard as the wind carries their voices to the window.
“Come home now!” one man says. “Why should I?” the other yells back.
“Because you have responsibilities.” “Why can’t I decide my own fate, my own future?!”
Eh-Zhen’s heart stirs as she listens to this conversation. She couldn’t help but ask herself: why can’t I decide my own future? Finally, En-Zhen made a decision, the first one she’s ever made by herself, and ran.
Trying desperately not to be caught up by his older brother Li-Wei Ho, who is determined to bring him back home, Li-Fang Ho runs from the sandy beach and rushes to the mini-van he stole from home. He steps on the gear and backs up the car—boom!
Li-Fang freezes on the driver’s seat. Did he just hit someone? Li-Fang gets off the car to take a look. He peers over the cliff bordering the sea and sees a red stiletto lying on the sand…
