Synopsis：

This is a situation comedy that is close to our daily life of fun

（1）"The Happy Community" The first and second series are about the class persons living in the community. There are two families living in the community： one is the family of kuo（who is the chief commissioner of the management committee of the community） and the other is the family of Dr. Hua. Other characters include Wei-Ru （a pretty mother raising her child by herself）, ken （an attendant of the management committee of the community）and Man-Nin（a pretty woman who is very careful with money）.These characters are like the people in our daily life. Many interesting things will take place in this happy community.

（2）"People Living in the Suites" The third series is about the towards life of single men and women and young people living in a large city. A 30-story building is erected by the Happy community; there are many suites in the new building. Hsiu Hsiu（who is the wife of kuo）, Wei-Ru and ken purchase a suite in the building. An interior designer （who is quite depressed because he has recently been divorced）, a rich and handsome Man（working in the electronic industry）and two sisters move in the building. Man-Nin Opens up a composite type shop（beauty saloon and coffee shop）in the community. What new things will happen with these characters?
