Synopsis：
Each city has its own story; some parts of a city are full of sunshine, while other parts are quite gloomy. In this place, each of the two schools, Tong-shang and Lan-di, forms its own world though they are just separated by a street – 13th Street. For a long time, there have been many disputes between these two schools and all of them have been resolved at a basketball court located between the two schools. The basketball court is called "the 13th Street basketball court".
"Tong-shang trio" is a group of three students selected by Tong-shang so as to resolve the problems of Tong-shang. To acquire the exclusive privilege of the use of "the 13th Street basketball court", either school sends out three students to play a basketball game and the winning trio will have such exclusive privilege for one year. For nine consecutive years, "Tong-shang trio" has beaten the trio representing Lan-di and has won the exclusive privilege to the use of "the 13th Street basketball court", which has been a sacred place to the students of these two schools.
Then, shall we play a basketball game to decide which team is the winner?
From this moment on, a war between Jo-ho, Tzu-Tsung and Shen-Hsueh is started. The winner will be decided on "the 13th Street basketball court".
