Synopsis：

Tien-Yu Yeh, who grew up in an impoverished fishing village, wants to marry into a wealthy family and leaves the village ever since she was a little girl. In an accident, she finds a man and takes him home with her. He can not remember his past. She tells others that he is a man who entered this country illegally from China. She keeps him working in her specialty goods shop and names him "Tung Hau".

After a while, Tien-Yu, who wants to marry into a wealthy family, finds herself falling in love with Tung Hau；he is in love with her too. One day, the Chinese worker suddenly changes into a tycoon, Jun-Hau Shan. He says that Tien Yu kidnapped him for ransom. He can not remember anything about his love affair with Tien Yu.

Fate makes them know and in love with each other and yet separates them. Tien Yu sacrifices everything for the true love, but "the prince" does not appreciate what she does. She never becomes the princess in the fairy tale. The story may end here. However, the prince comes to remember his romantic affair with her. He decides to regain his true love and put a happy ending to the story.

But this time , the prince turns into "a frog".

葉天瑜，一個在貧窮漁村長大的女孩，從小嚮往嫁入豪門離開漁村，因為一場車禍，她撿回一個來路不明的失憶男人，幫他變身成為大陸偷渡客，留在自家的特產店做雜工，取名茼蒿。

時間一久，堅持要嫁入豪門的天瑜發現，自己愛上了茼蒿，茼蒿也愛上了她，然而，有一天大陸工卻搖身一變成為商場鉅子；單均昊，他反過來指責天瑜為了錢蓄意綁架，他完全遺忘了，在漁村中那個單純道幾乎空白的自己，以及與天瑜相戀相知的美好過程。

兩人離奇的際遇，彷彿註定要在一起，但又被命運殘忍的分開，天瑜為尋回真愛，犧牲了一切，但是王子並沒有感激她，她也沒有成為童話中幸運的公主。 童話在這裡結束了，但是現實中的王子，還是清醒了，他決定追回自己的真愛，為這個童話故事改寫幸福的結局…

只是，這一次不是「青蛙變王子」，而是「王子變青蛙」…
